Thank you for your understanding as we make these adjustments to better serve our patients.
** The phone line hours will also be changing to: Monday, Friday and Saturday 7:30am to 11:30am. Please call between these hours from 14th of July.
We are changing software
At Dr Valeria Spivak's rooms we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience and deliver the best possible care. That’s why we’re upgrading our practice management software to Gentu—a more efficient and streamlined platform that helps us serve you even better.
What does this mean for you?
You might notice some changes in how we communicate—emails, text messages, and letters may look a little different. But don’t worry! These updates are simply coming from our new system. Our policies, procedures, and contact details remain exactly the same.
